Warranty Coverage:

HEXSPACE offers a comprehensive 5-year warranty for all hexagon lights sold within Australia. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It covers any defects or faults in materials, ensuring compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

Warranty Period:

The warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.


What is Covered:

1. Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials.

2. Product Failure: Failures occurring under normal use, including malfunctioning or non-functional components.


What is Not Covered:

1. Improper Use or Installation: Damage from incorrect installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Wear and Tear: Surface scratches, dents, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality.

3. External Factors: Damage caused by external events, such as power surges, floods, or natural disasters.

4. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications not performed by HEXSPACE or authorized technicians.

5. Negligence or Abuse: Damage due to improper application, adverse weather, or harsh chemicals.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, we will provide a refund based on the original purchase price as listed on your invoice.

HEXSPACE’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
