HexSpace Flooring Installation Instructions

Welcome to HexSpace’s step-by-step guide for installing modular interlocking garage floor tiles. This DIY guide is designed to help you transform your garage effortlessly, adding both style and functionality to your space. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and successful installation.

Before starting, make sure you have the following tools and materials ready:

1. Modular Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles: Ensure you have enough tiles to cover your space, including extra tiles for cuts and adjustments.

2. Tile Cutter or Saw(Jig Saw) : For trimming tiles to fit around edges and corners seamlessly.

3. Measuring Tape: To accurately measure your garage floor area and plan your tile layout.

4. Rubber Mallet (Optional): Useful for securing tiles into place and achieving a snug fit.

5. Broom or Vacuum Cleaner: To thoroughly clean the floor surface before starting the installation.

STEP 1

Begin at the Entrance

Start placing the tiles from the garage entrance, leaving a 5-10 mm gap between the tiles and the walls. This allows space for any expansion due to temperature fluctuations.
