Warranty and Support
Our products come with a minimum of a two-year warranty, with most products covered for five years. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and covers defects in materials, workmanship, and broken components under normal use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, modifications, improper application, installation, or adverse conditions.
We recommend consulting with an electrician before installation to ensure your electrical setup is adequate. Improper installation will void the warranty and make the product non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly address the issue. While we cannot control shipping damages, we will assist in the claim process to resolve the situation.
14-Day Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hexspace.com.au. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking/refurbishing fee on returns. Customized orders cannot be returned. Shipping costs, shipping protection, and priority processing fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be made within the first 24 hours of processing and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a refund is approved, the amount (minus the restocking fee) will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
