Dispatch and Delivery:

• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Custom orders: Custom orders take longer, and we confirm the timing when you order.
• Multiple boxes: Larger orders may be shipped in separate boxes.
• Where we ship: We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand, with free shipping on Australian orders over $300.

Delivery Terms:

• Courier Service: We primarily use FEDEX, TNT, AU POST, ARAMEX for deliveries.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

Change of Delivery Address:

• We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. If necessary, contact us within one day of placing your order at info@hexspace.com.au.

   

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are not allowed. Please refer to our refund/exchange policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

• If your parcel is damaged, please reject it and contact customer service. If you receive a damaged parcel, email us with details and photos.
