How long does it take to receive my Hex lights custom layout and quote?

Once you submit your dimensions, our team will get back to you with a tailored lighting plan—usually within 1–2 business days.

How do I install the lights?

Each hexagon lighting kit is designed for easy use—simply assemble, secure, and plug in for immediate functionality. The kits can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or suspended using various methods. All kits include a 1.5-metre 240V standard Australian plug, allowing you to connect directly to a power outlet after assembly. If hardwiring is required, installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician.

What is the delivery timeline for hex led lighting custom orders?

After confirming your custom layout, production and packing take 2–3 business days. Delivery across Australia and new zealand typically takes an additional 5–7 business days.

What warranty do you provide?

We offer a 5-year warranty for residential garage lighting setups and a 3-year warranty for commercial projects.

What are the specifications of the hexagon LED lights?

Our hexagon lights are made with high-quality aluminium tubes and durable polycarbonate covers, using high-density SMD LED chips to deliver bright, energy-efficient lighting (110–120 lm/w). Each tube runs on 240V and comes in either 6W or 8W options, with beam angles of 120°, waterproof IP54 rating, and a long lifespan of over 50,000 hours.

Can I customise the layout or lighting style?

Yes. We offer both 440mm and 570mm tube systems, and our team will tailor the layout based on your space dimensions. You can also choose colour temperatures (3000K–6500K) or go with RGB hex lights for a more dynamic look.
